Favorite Things January

Did it seem like the longest January to anyone else?! I felt like this month went on foreverrrrrr. But I’m excited to share some of my recent faves, all which I loved so much.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Medium – CT’s iconic Pillow Talk collection has some new shades and I fell in love with the Pillow Talk Medium lipstick—a very wearable warm berry shade that doesn’t feel drying. Pillow Talk Intense is the other new addition, which is even deeper, and I think I’m going to try that one too!

You guys know I am a girl who cannot have enough cardigans. I love them. Live in them. Can’t stop buying them LOL. My latest fave is the Merritt Shrunken Sweater from Madewell. I love the more tailored cardigan in Maple, super soft too. I bought mine true to size.

And just like with cardigans, who doesn’t need another decorative basket?! This Seagrass & Leather one from McGee & Co. caught my eye immediately and so I ordered the large one to go above our buffet furniture. I love the texture and warmth it brings to the space and the shape of it is pretty unique too. It’s a great piece to use for throws, pillows or toy storage in the living room.

The Cook’s Atelier book is everything you guys! Its the MOST GORGEOUS cookbook with inspired, stunning photography and stories from this mother/daughter duo who run a cooking school in a small village in France. And I’m totally obsessed with their Instagram too. All over obsessed pretty much. Just look at these photos…

I’ve been on the hunt for some basic-but-interesting plates and I came across the Kaloh collection from West Elm. I loved them! Matte white exterior and creamier polished interior and come in a variety of colors. We picked up the stone shade and love the texture and minimalistic look. The serveware is great too. Love the low serve bowl for pastas and salads.

Lastly, these new Lark wine glasses from Crate and Barrel are my new go-tos. I love that the shape is not too modern, nor is it too traditional… it’s somewhere in between, which tends to be the sweet spot of my aesthetic. The size of these is pretty large, so we bought the white wine glass which is still pretty big for red wine. They’re beauties! 🙂
