Helps remove blackheads and makeup — you can literally see the sebum come off as you cleanse. Gentle and non-irritating, and leaves no residue. Will never ever not use this.
The Skinceuticals gentle cleanser has been my favorite cleanser for years and still is. It’s sometimes hard to find, however, and so I tried this Heartleaf foam, which I have loved too. I switch between these two cleansers, which are both gentle and great as a part of a double cleansing routine.
I recently also started using these microfiber towels to dry my face after cleansing. They’re soft and gentle on skin.
These hydrating toner pads can be used daily. You can quickly apply or even leave them on like a sheet mask for a few minutes. They are so refreshing to use, and there are several varieties. I have the brightening and the collagen pads.
I love the Anua toners! I have been using the soothing toner for awhile, but the BHA 2% is newer as of a couple months. The soothing toner soothes, tones, hydrates and balances the PH level of your skin, while the exfoliating toner helps unclog pores and exfoliate dead skin. I use the exfoliating toner 2-3 times a week at night, while I use the soothing one daily, in both morning and evening routines.
This may be my favorite product of the entire routine. Super hydrating (hydration really is everything especially with over-40 skin) to help detoxify and strengthen skin. Formulated with fermented black tea which contains probiotics and vitamin B. It’s a game-changing addition to your skincare regimen.
I’m on my second bottle of this essence and I have loved it… loved it so much it has replaced the Cosrx snail essence. This gooey essence offers gentle exfoliating and deep moisturization. It helps with textured skin and regulates sebum. It can be used as either an exfoliating essence or as a hydrating essence. I use it primarily as a hydrating essence, before Vitamin C. While the texture is gooey on fingers, it absorbs quickly and smoothly on skin. I use it both day and night and is a new fave in my routine!
I feel like I have tried every vitamin C serum and this is by far my favorite. It was recommended by my dermatologist and since trying it, haven’t looked back. I hate that it’s so pricey, but in my opinion, worth it for the benefits. The serum helps brighten, even, illuminate, and reverse damaged skin. It’s a pretty strong formulation, so would advise you start with using this once or twice a week, and slowly build up to daily.
Tip: Make sure you are applying your Vitamin C serum to dry skin and giving it a minute to soak in before moving to the next step.
Also, ps. the neck cream by Revision Skincare is so far… fantastic. I feel it has definitely helped to tighten my neck even just a bit.
This is the #1 hyaluronic serum in Korea right now and for good reason. It’s sooooo good. I use a generous amount to help further hydrate my skin, and it absorbs instantly without leaving any stickiness.
Tip: Use a skincare spray or water, to dampen skin before applying this serum (or any hyaluronic acid).
I live for this combo. Everyone already loves the Tatcha moisturizers, but with the Propolis, it really delivers that beautiful, natural glow. It also helps hydrate and soothe irritated skin, and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Another worth-the-hype cult fave. Zero stickiness or residue, even after all the skincare has been applied. Contains rice and probiotics to further moisturize while protecting you skin.
Tip: If I’m applying foundation, or even tinted moisturizer, I prep the skin with the Glow Recipe Niacinamide Dew Drops.
