Must Read of the Week

This week, it’s difficult to pick a must-read, because between Five Ways To Fall, Iris and Come To Me Softly (all books I adored), it’s basically a week to do nothing but revel in the joy of reading some amazing books. Nonetheless, I fell in love heart and soul with this second book in the Unfinished Hero series by Kristen Ashley. I loved absolutely everything about this emotionally charged second chance romance that explores the notion of antiheroes and features two kickass protagonists with hearts of gold. Creed and Sylvie’s story is one that rises from the pain and works through buried fears and anger, but luckily, ends up with a happy ever after that is both heartwarming and profoundly moving. Although this is the second book in the series, and admittedly best enjoyed with the background the first book, Knight, offers, it can absolutely be read as a standalone.
