VBB Weekly – 07.28.2014

What a week!!! I don’t know about you, but I’m still swooning over the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer, which I watched about a million times! I don’t remember the last time I was this excited about Valentine’s Day! I thought it was incredibly well done and I’m so looking forward to seeing the entire movie.

I’m also preparing for the craziness that is August—it’s an insane release month!!! And the 5th… well, I’ll tell ya… I think everyone just needs to take the day off. This past week I also had the awesome opportunity to do a video interview with Anna Todd, author of the hugely popular series, After. The series consists of three books with the first installment being the self-titled After. The books have amassed over 900 million reads on Wattpad as fan fiction of One Direction. The story was indeed inspired by the band, but the characters have evolved organically contributing to a series that is intense, emotional and full of plot twists. The first book will be released through Gallery Books on November 25th and all are available for pre-order below.
