I met Deborah Harkness, ya’ll!!!

This past Saturday I had the chance to meet one of my very favorite authors, Deborah Harkness. She wrote the All Souls Trilogy, my favorite paranormal romance series (although I should note that there’s so much more than PNR… there is history and science in there too). She most recently released the #1 NYT bestseller, The Book of Life, which is the series finale. She was an amazing speaker and I can’t tell you how excited I was to meet her and chat with her. If you haven’t read these books, I highly recommend them!

	Captured by Jasinda and Jack Wilder – An emotionally intense follow-up to Wounded, written in a way that draws every emotion from the story’s reader. This is Derek and Reagan’s story. 	Dangerous Boys by Abigail Haas – From the blurb: Three teens venture into the abandoned Monroe estate one night; hours later, only two emerge from the burning wreckage. I’m reading this right now and really enjoying it! It’s a mature YA/NA mystery/thriller that is keeping me completely captivated.
	Hard Knox (#1, Outsider’s Chronicles) by Nicole Williams –From Nicole’s blog post: “HARD KNOX is a New Adult/Contemporary Romance, and the first in a series entitled The Outsider Chronicles which will highlight other outsider-type heroes and the heroines who manage to turn their world around, upside down, or just plain hurl it into another galaxy!”
	Seven for a Secret by Rumer Haven – This is a historical romantic suspense novel that takes place in a residential hotel in the year 2000….and in 1927.  Kate’s new apartment is haunted, and she must discover what her ghost had to do with two mysterious deaths back in the Roaring Twenties. This is a standalone novel.
	Between the Spark and the Burn by April Genevieve Tucholke – The conclusion to Between the Devil and The Deep Blue Sea, this gothic thriller romance with shades of Stephen King and Daphne du Maurier is a must-read for fans of Beautiful Creatures and Anna Dressed in Blood.
