Must Read of the Week

Running In Place is the third installment an d second full-length novel of the Mending Hearts series by L.B. Simmons. This is the first book I read from this author and I was thoroughly impressed at the heart and honesty of the story. Although this is part of the series, it can be read as a standalone and has been one of my favorite singles of the year. The story is about two broken people finding each other and gathering the courage inside them to let go of the pain that binds them.

Tucker – Cain’s story…  When strip club owner meets dancer Charlie Rourke, he wants nothing more to break his rule of no involvement with his staff, but he soon finds out Charlie has secrets she keeps and they may both lose more than they bargained for.
• The Edge of Always (#2, Edge of Never) by J.A. Redmerski – Andrew Parrish and Camryn Parrish are back in this emotional sequel that still delivers that magical something that enthralls us and hooks us from beginning to end. (My review)
• A Matter of Truth (#3, Fate) by Heather Lyons – The choice is made and this third full-length novel in the Fate series packs yet another emotional punch as Chloe finds the truth within. (My review)
• Jagged (#5, Colorado Mountain Man) by Kristen Ashley – The next novel in Kristen Ashley’s Colorado Mountain series introduces a new relationship that turns Carnal, Colorado into a hotbed of action, romance, and suspense.
• Mine (#2, Real, Raw and Ripped) by Katy Evans – The second installment of the Real, Raw and Ripped series with more intensity, more seductiveness and more Remy! I loved it! (My review)
• With Every Heartbeat by Melody Grace – A beautiful dancer, a seductive Italian and the city of Rome… this is the perfect recipe for a sizzling romance!
• Sentinel (#5, Covenant) by Jennifer L. Armentrout – The exciting, epic conclusion of the paranormal romance Covenant series! (My review)
