VBB Weekly – 11.24.13

I don’t know about you all, but my TBR is about to explode. With so many amazing releases, an interminable list of books I swore I would read asap and another set looming in the coming weeks, I feel as if my Kindle is screaming my name constantly! I had to re-prioritize commitments first and push a few books back a couple weeks. Despite my stressful TBR, I’m truly on a book high. I feel as if I’ve read a flurry of good books lately and that’s a really exciting feeling.

This week is the Thanksgiving holiday here in the U.S. and in this spirit of giving thanks, I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU for all your support this past year! It’s been one crazy ride being a blogger, but the I owe all the highs to you as the best part of it all is getting to make new friends, meet new people and be able to chat about the books we love together. So, THANK YOU and I hope you have a wonderful time with your families this week… hopefully sneaking in a good book or four during the week 🙂

  • Torn (#2, Billionaire Bachelors Club) by Monica Murphy – This is the second book in the sexy Billionaire Bachelor series. Each book can be read as a standalone. In this book, our heroine Marina must choose between an affair she never expected to happen or everything she holds dear.
  • Trouble by Samantha Towle – A story about a girl running from her abusive past as she unexpectedly meets the boy she falls in love with and finds her family in the process. Emotional and witty, this is a great standalone from Samantha Towle. My review is coming December 9th with blog tour!
  • The Thrill of It (#1, No Regrets) by Lauren Blakely – A gritty and deeply emotional story about the dark, lurid, sinful world of addiction, sex, love and lies. (My Review)
  • True Bliss (#2, Bliss) by BJ Harvey – The second book in the series chronicles Kate McGuinness quest to find somebody to love.
  • Until We Burn (#2.5, Beautifully Broken) by Courtney Cole – Get to know bad boy Dominic Kinkaide in this steamy prequel to Before We Fall. (My Review of Before We Fall)
  • Testament by Kristen Ashley – A dystopian from Kristen Ashley! This is one girl’s story of survival and love, where she must choose between a future with the Emperor’s son or her brother’s best friend.
  • Remember When Three (#3, Remember Trilogy) by TTorest – The final installment in this much buzzed about romance trilogy. It’s a story about taking chances and following your heart, and knowing that sometimes, you just have to learn when to let go.
  • It Must Be Your Love (#11, The Sullivans) by Bella Andre
  • World After (#2, Penryn & the End of Days) by Susan Ee – This is the much anticipated sequel to Angelfall!
  • Beautiful Beginnings by Christina Lauren – The Beautiful Bastard series continues in this new novella—An exasperated bride who just wants to elope. A determined groom whose only focus is getting to the wedding night. And—of course—a whole lot of name calling.

    I made a vow that when I finish my current TBR I would add more books, but I feel that I’m going crazy. I want to add books and in the same time I can’t, too many good books are released that I want to read so much, but can’t add it to my TBR. Good that is too hard, I totally blame the amazing authors out there 😛 🙂
