VBB Weekly – 12.02.13

Holy mega book sales. I took a social media break… kind of… over the weekend and all I kept seeing were epic sales pop up! I don’t know about you, but both my one-clicking-finger and my credit card got a workout! In the meanwhile, I was able to read tons while on break! I am on my 7th book since Wednesday and let me tell you, every single book I’ve read has been so amazing!!! Here’s what I’ve read:

Grab each one of these six above because every single one of them rocked. I’m particularly excited for you to read Come To Me Quietly, the first book of the Closer To You series by A.L. Jackson! It’s a 6-star read for me and it’s so incredible. As we’ve come to expect from this author, it’s infused with so much emotion, heartbreak and pain, that the story stays with you beyond the last page. Must Read of the Week

Gargoyles anyone?! Yup, you heard me. Gargoyles. Bitter Sweet Love is the novella from Jennifer L. Armentrout that marks the introduction of the Dark Elements novels, which comprise her newest NA paranormal romance series. And believe it or not, she makes gargoyles totally sexy! Yes, I do mean those scary looking rock statutes. Don’t believe she can make ’em sexy?! Well jump right in and meet Dez and Jasmine. They are Wardens, a group of gargoyles tasked with hunting demons. It’s a second chance romance that completely consumed me and this series is now my new obsession! I am desperately wanting the first full-length novel, White Hot Kiss, which will be out next February.
