VBB Weekly – 12.16.2013

There’s been lots of buzz around the Facebook news feed algorithm changes, you can see a recent post I did on this topic. I’m afraid it will continue to become harder for all of us running pages on Facebook to get visibility on your feed, even with us paying to boost a particular post. So there are a few things you can do:

First, re-check the Get Notifications setting on your favorite pages.

Secondly, engage with the pages you like. This means comment, like and share.
Thirdly, subscribe via email to the blogs and author pages you love. To subscribe to VBB, visit my homepage and enter your email on the upper right-hand side.

Falling (#2, Fading) by E.K. Blair – The final installment in the emotionally charged Fading series, and probably my favorite of the three books. This is Ryan’s POV and it was so very good! (My review)
Thou Shalt Not by JJ Rossum – The debut novel from JJ Rosum that came highly recommended by Tarryn Fisher.
Three Broken Promises (#3, Drew and Fable) by Monica Murphy – This is the third book in the bestselling One Week Girlfriend series.
A Beautiful Wedding (#2.5, Beautiful Disaster) by Jamie McGuire – More Travis and Abby! Want to know what happens in Vegas and how their wedding came to occur? I loved this story, it was everything I didn’t realized I needed. (My review)
Elect (#2, Eagle Elite) by Rachel Van Dyken – The second book in the Eagle Elite series. Elite is the first book in the set.
Quintessentially Q by Pepper Winters – This is a story of eroticism, horror, and sweet tragedy. It contains graphic scenes, but there’s always light in the darkness. It is the follow-up novel to Tears of Tess.
What’s Left of Me by Amanda Maxyln – This new release has been getting a lot of buzz. I hear it’s highly emotional and really good.
Dear Emily by Trudy Stiles – The first book in the Forever Family series, this is a real and emotional story about two women brought together by circumstance as they each hope to find healing and happiness.
After The Rain (#2, When It Rains) by Lisa De Jong – The sequel to When It Rains (My review).
Storm Warning by C. Quinn and E. Lee – For five teenagers smack in the middle of Tornado Alley, summer is heating up fast. The winds of change are blurring the invisible line that divides the rich and the rural. One has a secret. One has a crush. One has been lying. One will get caught. I am a huge (HUGE) fan of Amy’s PNR Premonition Series and I was curious to see if she would be able to make me crazy once more…. and the answer is a resounding yes! I was so captivated by the story.
