Wait is no different, and in fact, I felt Edie and Austin’s story more acutely than those of recent memory. Theirs is a story shaped by brokenness, tragedy, loneliness and an impossible grief. They both wait for the pain to recede, they wait for a time when their heart can feel at ease, at peace. But only together do they find respite.
